The Sartell High School Student Council, proving homecoming is more than theme days, football games and welcoming back alumni, has continued the tradition of designating a recipient for fundraising during the week.
The Student Council decided funds would be donated to the ALS Association – Minnesota/North Dakota/South Dakota Chapter, which “supports people living with ALS and their loved ones through services and education.”
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), sometimes referred to as Lou Gehrig’s Disease, affects the function of nerves and muscles; the cause is unknown.
