St. Stephen to host HHW event Aug. 25 A Household Hazardous Waste Collection Event will be held from 8- 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 25. Stearns County will provide local pick up at the St. Stephen City Hall/Fire Department at 2 Sixth Ave SE.
