Tai Chi classes, 11 a.m. - noon, St. Joseph Government Center, 75 Callaway St E. Free. Come learn and practice the movements of Tai Chi. Regular practice can increase flexibility and strength, and improve cardiovascular fitness. The emphasis is on correct posture means that Tai Chi can instill a greater awareness of the body and how it moves through space.
