CITY OF ST. JOSEPH
ST. JOSEPH DISTRIBUTION CENTER EAW
The St. Joseph Distribution Center is proposed on approximately 98.92 acres of primarily agricultural land in St. Joseph. The project proposes a total gross building area of 745,000 square feet. The project will be serviced by municipal sewer and water. Anyone wishing to submit comments on the EAW can view a copy of the document at the City of St. Joseph and send written comments to Judy Weyrens, City Administrator, 25 College Ave., St. Joseph, MN 56374. Comments on the EAW must be received by the City of St. Joseph no later than 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 8, 2015.
