Patty Wetterling

St. Joseph

I remember the morning that Josh Guimond’s friends called me and asked for help.

“He’s missing. He was at a party last night and he didn’t make it back to his dorm room.”

When I arrived at St. John’s University, I was pleased to see the Stearns County Sheriff’s Department had already established a mobile command post.  The search was on and a lot of things happened quickly, but this fall it will be 20 years since Josh vanished. He deserves more than that.  We need to find Joshua Guimond.

Fortunately with technology and fresh eyes and ears, there is new information and new hope. Josh Newville is a lawyer dedicated to finding answers.

Please listen to his intriguing investigative podcast and help solve this crime that happened in our own backyard.

Log on to simplyvanished.com and you will learn more.

Joshua Cheney Guimond was born on June 18, 1982. An only child raised in Maple Lake, Minnesota, Josh’s high school class selected him both as Class President and as Most Likely to Succeed.

Everyone who met Josh described him as intensely focused and motivated.

On Nov. 9, 2002, something happened to Josh that destroyed all of those dreams and more.

Josh was really gifted and had a bright future. He needs to be found. His family and friends need answers.

Tune in to simplyvanished.com to learn more and help find Josh Guimond.

If it triggers any memories or additional information, call their dedicated tipline at 612-439-3646.
