PUBLIC NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Sartell-St. Stephen School District ISD #748 (“District”) requests proposals for group insurance coverage for the health plan year beginning Oct. 1, 2017. Proposals for self-insurance will also be considered. Sealed proposals will be accepted in paper form until 1 p.m. central time on Monday, April 3, 2017 at Sartell-St. Stephen School District ISD #748, Attn: Krista Durrwachter, 212 Third Ave. N, Sartell, Minn. 56377. Copies of the request for proposal and exhibits may be requested from Durrwachter at krista.durrwachter@sartell.k12mn.us and will be sent electronically at no charge. District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. District reserves the right to select the proposal which it determines to be in the best interest of the District.
