A free culture-and-food fest dubbed “Celebrate St. Cloud” will take place from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, May 9 at the Paramount Center for the Arts in downtown St. Cloud.
People from all the cities in the general area, including Sartell and St. Joseph, will participate in the event, which is being billed as an open house.
There will be international foods cooked by seven specialty caterers, world-music entertainment and cultural ceramic wares to admire and/or to purchase.
The event will also be a venue for the release of a new cookbook entitled A Place at the Table, which features 80 recipes from dozens of countries.
The event was designed so people can celebrate their own cultural heritages and those of their neighbors.
It is sponsored by the Morgan Family Foundation.
