Thank you to the Newsleaders for publishing Vicki Ikeogu’s article in advance of the Holiday Art Crawl. With that boost in helping make sure everyone knew it was happening, we had our most successful art crawl ever. More than 1,000 people visited St. Joseph shops, studios, bars and restaurants on Small Business Saturday. Thank you also to the Y2k Lions Club who has tirelessly worked for decades to make St. Joseph a great city and whose members were out in the cold on Saturday to serve the best pulled-pork sandwiches to the happy people who came out to support this Art Crawl. To all who showed up to shop local – thank you for investing in the well-being of local small businesses as well as artists and the entire city of St. Joseph.
