NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
VACATION OF DRAINAGE & UTILITY EASEMENTS
The St. Joseph City Council shall conduct a public hearing at 6 p.m., or shortly thereafter as the matter may be heard, on Monday, May 21, 2018 in the St. Joseph Government Center, 75 Callaway St. E., to hear all persons upon the proposed vacation of certain internal drainage and utility easements between Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1, Jasmine Plat. The request has been submitted by CLC Partners, LLC, for the purpose to readjust lot lines.
