April 24
11:20 p.m. Traffic stop. CR 1. An officer saw a vehicle displaying white light to the rear at a stop light. A license-plate check revealed the owner had an arrest warrant. The officer stopped the vehicle and found the driver to be the owner. The individual was arrested and transported to Stearns County Jail.
April 25
9:30 a.m. Warrant. CR 120. An officer noticed a vehicle with an advertisement plate without temporary tags. Conducting a check of the vehicle showed the owner had multiple arrest warrants. Officers waited for the individual to return to the vehicle and arrested the individual for the warrants.
April 26
10:15 p.m. Juvenile party. Pebble Creek Drive. Officers were dispatched to a call involving minors consuming alcohol. Officers arrived and witnessed multiple underage individuals with several open containers of alcohol. Citations were issued and the individuals’ parents were called. Parents of the minors who consumed alcohol arrived to take them home.
April 27
11:50 p.m. Traffic stop. Second Street S. An officer conducted a license and learned one owner with a canceled license and another owner with a suspended license. The officer stopped the vehicle and identified the driver as the owner with the suspended license. The officer issued a citation for the infraction and a valid driver arrived to drive the vehicle.
April 28
1:05 a.m. Driver assist. Second Street S. An officer witnessed a vehicle stopped in the lane of traffic. The officer stopped and investigated. The driver of the vehicle was lost. The officer gave the driver directions to his destination and warned him it would be safer to pull over to the side of the road next time.
April 29
7:40 p.m. Drive off. Pinecone Road S. Officers were dispatched to a call of a vehicle drive off. Officers spoke with the complainant and he told the officers it was a mistake, the individuals were regular customers and complainant said he would deal with it civilly.
April 30
8:30 a.m. Property damage. Ninth Avenue N. Officers were dispatched to a call regarding what appeared to be a bullet hole in the side of their house. Officers recovered a bullet from the siding. Officers spoke with the owner of the adjacent property about hunters that use the woods between the properties and how as the owner he is liable for damages that occur.
