Rezoning Select Properties from R-1 to FR-1 and RR-1
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of St. Stephen will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 1, 2020, in the Council chambers of the St. Stephen City Hall, located at 2 Sixth Avenue SE, St. Stephen, MN 56375, to consider the petition of property owner Greg A. Supan to rezone two portions of the parcel located at 530 Sixth Ave. SE, St. Stephen, MN 56375 (PIN 90.55808.0010) following the approval of a land split on June 3, 2020. The parcel is currently zoned as R-1 (Single-Family Residence). Following the land split, the larger parcel is now 56.11+/- acres and is petitioned to be rezoned as FR-1 (Farm Residence); the smaller parcel is now 3.26+/- acres and is petitioned to be rezoned RR-1 (Rural Single- Family Residence).
Anyone wishing to comment on the above-referenced proposed rezoning will be heard at the public hearing. Written comments may be forwarded to the office of the City Clerk before the time of the public hearing.
