CITY OF ST. STEPHEN
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUMMARY PUBLICATION
OF ORDINANCE NO. 05042022: RIGHT-OF-WAY REGULATION
WHEREAS, on May 4, 2022, the City Council for the City of St. Stephen adopted Ordinance No. 05042022: Right of Way Regulation.
WHEREAS, the City of St. Stephen desires to publish the Ordinance No. 05042022 by Summary Publication;
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
1. The City Council has reviewed the proposed Summary Publication drafted by the City Attorney and finds the summary of the Ordinance clearly informs the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance.
2. The City of St. Stephen directs the City Clerk to publish the Ordinance by Summary Publication.
Adopted this 4th day of May, 2022, by a vote of 5 in favor and 0 opposed.
