Central Minnesota Special Needs grant round opens
A grant round that helps support those with special needs is open now through Oct. 31. The Central Minnesota Special Needs Fund grant round supports programming that serves those with complex intellectual and physical disabilities.

Last year, the Central Minnesota Special Needs grant round was able to grant out $20,000. The following organizations received Central Minnesota Special Needs Grants in 2021…
$9,000 to ConnectAbility of Minnesota for its 2022 Equipment Connection & Donated Equipment Programs.
$11,000 to WACOSA in Waite Park for their Giving Our Clients A “LIFT” program.
Eligible organizations must be 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations, schools or governmental entities. The grant must serve the residents of Stearns, Benton or Sherburne counties or the communities of Kimball or Watkins.
