Habitat for Humanity seeks construction volunteers
Volunteer for a great cause on a Habitat build. Each hour you volunteer your time gets their partner homebuyers one step closer to finally purchasing an affordable and healthy home for them and their families. Most build sites have work areas that are heated and covered. Join their mission by signing up for a shift on their website: www.cmhfh.org/volunteer-your-time or call 320-656-8890.
March is Food Share Month
Minnesota Food Share has worked to address food insecurity and poverty by engaging communities throughout the state via education and state and federal advocacy efforts. Minnesota Food Share also provides resources to food shelves and food distribution programs across the state through the annual March Campaign. Catholic Charities Emergency Services Food Shelf partners with schools, congregations, businesses, and organizations to host food and fund drives during the month of March. Good news! – Every dollar donated during March will be proportionally matched, so your donation will go even further! This simply cannot be done without your help! How Can You Help? It’s easy! Gather a couple of people, come up with a creative food or fund drive strategy and make a difference! We appreciate all non-perishable food donations, hygiene items and cleaning supplies as well as cash. For additional information or to request a pickup for larger drives contact Catholic Charities Emergency Services at 320-229-4560 or email emergencyservices@ccstcloud.org.

Please consider sharing an hour or two per week with a child. Become a volunteer by visiting their website at www.bgcmn.org.
