Baseball fundraiser, raffle set April 16 at Blue Line

The Blue Line Sports Bar and Grill in Sartell will host a fundraiser and raffle for the Sartell Stone Poneys from 4-7 p.m. Sunday, April 16.

The fundraiser is to help offset summer costs of umpires, field dues, equipment, uniforms, league fees and tournaments; a percentage of proceeds will be donated to Stone Poneys.

Raffle tickets will be sold; you do not need to be present to win. There will be many great prizes available to win.

Lions clean-up slated for April 22

The annual Sartell Lions Spring Clean-Up will be held from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 22 at the Riverview Intermediate School parking lot, 627 Third Ave. N., Sartell. Pickups available by appointment; call Cody at 320-828-6620 for more details. No paints, solvents, oils or chemicals. No gas-operated refrigerators, bare/broken tube TVs or monitors.

Sartell Activity Night set April 28

The Sartell Resident Activi- ty Night has been rescheduled from 5-8:30 p.m. Friday, April 28 at the Sartell Community Center.

The event, originally set for March 31, was canceled due to weather concerns.

Activity Night will offer Sartell residents free activities that include mini golf, open basketball, volleyball, pickle- ball, bingo, crafts, coloring, board games and concessions with free popcorn.

Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult. The event is for Sar- tell residents only, and proof of residence will be checked at the door.

Frozen meal baggers sought

Catholic Charities Senior Dining is in need of volunteers to help sort and package fro- zen meals to be distributed at various Senior Dining pop-up sites throughout Central Min- nesota. Help make a difference in senior’s lives who are strug- gling with food insecurity. This position takes place at the St. Cloud Whitney Senior Center. Volunteers are needed Mon- day afternoons and Wednes- day and Friday mornings for two-three hours. 180 Degrees seeks mentors, coaches

Through the generous ser- vice of others, 180 Degrees can enhance its programs and ser- vices for youth that need them most. Volunteers represent a diverse group of people. In using the valuable resource of volunteers, they match an indi- vidual’s time and talent to ser- vice and support opportunities that make a difference. Volun- teer activities range from small to large, and they believe there is no volunteer contribution too small. They are looking for individuals to come alongside youth and mentor, coach and/ or teach a new skill. Volun- teers can help one time, or continue helping as much or little as they would like. Senior dining needs volunteers

Catholic Charities offers senior dining and meals on wheels services at more than 40 locations across the Diocese of St. Cloud. Volunteers are needed to deliver Meals on Wheels, prepare food in kitchens, set up dining sites for meals, serve meals, clean up after meals and clerical tasks. Not all opportunities are avail- able at all locations. Contact Catholic Charities volunteering at 320-229-4590 to learn more.
