Events are often announced in the Newsleader as an invitation to everyone who is interested.
When these events are held in buildings that are not accessible to persons who are handicapped, I read that as “everyone except handicapped persons are invited.”
The building may be on one floor, but if there is a step in front of the door, it is not accessible.
Please consider this when choosing a location for an event.
