Fall Cleanup for St. Joseph residents only. All refuse must be out by 6 a.m. and items are limited to a 6-foot by 6-foot area. Exceptions include, but are not limited to, the following: appliances, electronics, tires, pollutants, yard waste, construction waste, computer monitors and televisions.
