June 6 activities set at St. Joseph Farmers’ Market
Offering local produce and artisan goods for 25 years from 3-6 p.m. Fridays In the parking lot on Hwy 2 at Resurrection Lutheran Church and Lake Wobegon Trailhead. Offerings include the following: fresh herbs, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, pies, sourdough breads, pretzels, cookies, coffee beans, artisan foods and goods, starter plants, shrubs and trees for your garden and prepared egg rolls.
Upcoming June 6 special activities include Arts and Crafts with Lisa: Use stencils and fabric markers to decorate your own exclusive “St. Joseph Farmers’ Market 25th Anniversary” canvas bag; bring the kids.
And the Blommel Family Band (The BBs) returns, playing polka, the “old-time music” of German immigrants. Do a few steps, kick up your heels, in between exploring farmer and artisan booths.
SummerFest set June 14 at community center
Organizers for a Class of ’55 reunion event are trying to contact people who graduated from St. Cloud Tech High School in 1955 and who may still be living in this area – St. Cloud, St. Joseph, Sartell and other area cities.
The 70-year reunion of the Tech Class of ’55 will take place starting at noon Friday, June 13 at the St. Cloud Eagles Club, 730 41st Ave. N.

Community Angels seek volunteers
