Two Sartell homes are featured on this month’s annual Central Minnesota Builders Association’s Tour of Homes, the second round of which will take place on the weekend of Sept. 19-21.

An earlier tour of homes happened on the weekend of Sept. 12-14.

The two Sartell homes are among 16 homes featured in the Greater St. Cloud area. They are located at 904 13th Ave. N. (a home built by Harren Cos. Inc.) and at 1932 Sandstone Loop S. (built by Berscheid Builders LLC.)

The other 14 homes open for the tour are two in St. Joseph; one each in Rice, Cold Spring, Richmond and Avon; and eight in St. Cloud. The exteriors of those homes and their street addresses can be viewed at cmbatour.com.

The Tour of Homes is for anyone looking for inspiration on the latest building trends and wanting to connect with local area builders. This event has a long-standing tradition of displaying a variety of beautiful homes and exciting new trends across Central Minnesota.

During Sept. 19-21, the tours will be conducted on Friday from 4:30 p.m.-7 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from noon-5 p.m.

There is no cost to tour the homes. For a map of where the homes are located, visit the following website: cmbatour.com. There you will find a map of all the homes’ locations. There is also a mobile application on that website. In addition, all Coborn’s and Little Dukes stores in area cities have free Tour of Homes magazines for free-of-charge pick-up.

Please note those who visit the homes should wear socks and remove shoes before entering each home. No bare feet, food or drinks are allowed inside the homes. Please do not bring pets.
