Three St. Joseph students have were recently named to the summer president’s list at St. Cloud Technical & Community College. They are the following: Antania Carr, Caitlin Peterson and Mya Rassier. Students must maintain a grade-point average of 4.0 to achieve this honor.
Ismahan Roble of St. Joseph was recently named to the summer dean’s list by St. Cloud Technical & Community College. Students must maintain a grade-point average of a minimum of 3.5 to achieve this honor.
Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota recently received a $30,000 contribution from AT&T. They are (from left to right): Jocelyn Rozumny, Boys & Girls Club’s Teen Tech Center manager; Sarai Garret, AT&T; Cheryl Riley, AT&T; Mary Swingle, Boys & Girls Club’s President & CEO; Mat, Club member; and Geri Bechtold, Boys & Girls Club’s vice president of operations. This funding will support the Boys & Girls Clubs’ Digital Literacy Essentials curriculum, designed to equip youth with critical skills such as online safety, digital learning, coding and workforce readiness. AT&T also donated 200 backpacks filled with school supplies to Club youth as part of a national backpack drive.Brandi Canter (left), pictured with Jayne Dietz, GRRL Board of Trustees president, has been named Great River Regional Library’s new executive director. Canter will provide strategic direction and align library resources with community needs.
