Winter parking rules in effect til April 1

In St. Joseph, there is no parking on any city street from 2-7 a.m. now through April 1, to allow for snow removal. Vehicles that violate this rule may be ticketed and towed at the owner’s expense. The city will declare a snow emergency and may lift the overnight ban if there has been no snowfall or icy conditions requiring plowing.
