Sartell city staff and the school district have been meeting to compare notes about current and possible future amenities.
Sartell Mayor Sarah Jane Nicoll and council member Amy Braig-Lindstrom have been meeting with school officials to discuss all sorts of facilities so the city and school district don’t duplicate one another when a Sartell community center is built. They are also discussing shared needs between the city and the school district.
Once they get a clear idea of needs and future plans, the city will be able to determine more precisely exactly what kinds of amenities a community center would contain. The school district, in turn, would also have a better grasp of its own needs-planning.
