ON AN APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That a public hearing will be held before the city council of Sartell, Minnesota, at the Sartell City Hall at 6 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on Wednesday, July 11, to hear all persons present upon application by Timothy and Josephine Ehle, applicant, and owner; to obtain a variance in the conveyance standards for the purpose of an administrative lot split in an R-1, Single-Family Residential District as stated in Chapter 2, Section 11-2-16 of the Sartell Subdivision Ordinance.
