NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF DAYBREAK NORTH
AND THE VACATION OF CERTAIN RIGHT-OF-WAY AND EASEMENTS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the Sartell City Council will hold public hearings in the council chambers of the Sartell City Hall at 6 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Monday, Dec. 12, 2016 to consider the preliminary plat of Daybreak North and the vacation of certain rights of way and easements. Both public hearings have been requested by Daybreak LLC., as owner and applicant. The site area is located just west of 19th Avenue S., north of Daybreak and formally known as Sandstone Village.
