ORDINANCE NO. 14-02
ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLES 2 AND 4 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
1. Chapter 3 of Title 2 of the Code of Ordinances related to Emergency Management Services is hereby repealed in its entirety.
2. Chapter 1 of Title 4 of the City Code of Ordinances related to Fire Department is hereby repealed in its entirety.
3. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council of Sartell on the 14th day of April, 2014.
