NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
EASEMENT CONFINEMENT
Notice is hereby given a public hearing will be held before the City Council at 6 p.m. Monday, Aug. 21, 2017 at the St. Joseph Government Center, 75 Callaway St. E. The purpose of the hearing is to consider confinement of a sanitary sewer easement located at 108 Sixth Ave. SE. The property is legally described as Lot 007 Block 002 Wagner Notch Subdivision and the request has been submitted by Robert and Margory Rice, 108 Sixth Ave. SE, St. Joseph, Minn. 56374. All persons wishing to speak will be heard. Written testimony should be submitted to the City Administrator, Attn: Judy Weyrens, 75 Callaway St. E, St. Joseph, Minn. 56374.
