The Friends of North Park, The Great River Children’s Museum and St. Cloud Technical and Community College have received grants from the Norman C. Skalicky Foundation Fund. The Friends of North Park in Albany received $500,000 for its picnic shelter project ($250,000) in 2024 and for its splash pad project ($250,000) in 2025; the Great River Children’s Museum received $250,000 for programming; and the St. Cloud Technical and Community College received $250,000 for its scholarship fund.
Twenty-five Sartell students were recently named to the spring dean’s list at St. Cloud Technical & Community College. Students must earn a minimum 3.5 grade-point average to qualify for this honor.
Four Sartell students were recently named to the spring dean’s list at St. Olaf College, Northfield, Minn. They are the following: Jenna Dahlberg, Emily Domres, Erich Dvorak and Brenna Lindeen. Students must earn a minimum 3.75 grade-point average to qualify for this honor.
Kendal Coffin of St. Stephen was recently named to the spring honors list at Minnesota State University, Mankato. Students must earn a minimum 3.5 grade-point average to qualify for this honor.
Drew Burling of Sartell was was recently named to the spring high honors list at Minnesota State University, Mankato. Students must earn a minimum 4.0 grade-point average to qualify for this honor.

Students must earn a minimum 3.5 grade-point average to qualify for this honor.
Two Sartell students recently graduated from University of Wisconsin-Stout in Menomonie. They are the following: Kayla Billman and Kamille Counter.
Nicholas Sakry of Sartell and a student at St. Cloud Technical & Community College, was recently awarded the high school bronze medal in diesel equipment technology at the 2024 SkillsUSA Championships, held June 26-27 in Atlanta.
Hannah Lalim of St. Stephen was recently named to the spring dean’s list and the president’s roll of honor at the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks. To qualify for the dean’s list, students must attain a grade-point average in the top 15 percent of their class. To qualify for the president’s roll of honor, students must earn a minimum 3.8 grade-point average.
