St. Joseph Women of Today will hold a free kids’ bicycle and helmet safety event from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, May 15 in Melody Park off Ironwood Drive in Pleasant Acres.
Kids can enter a drawing for the chance to win one of six bikes being given away. Free helmets also will be given away while supplies last to children present. Kids can meet members of the Stearns County Sheriff’s Department too.
Kids are encouraged to bring bikes and helmets for the safety lessons as well as a guided bike ride.
