    June 24, 2021

    Tools for Schools Program
CMBA hosts a Bean Bag Tournament, “Bags for Tools”, to bring members, Central MN high school trades instructors and communities together to have fun while raising money for “Tools For Schools”.  Local area school students built the boards that will be used in the tournament and auctioned off as part of the 2021 fundraising efforts.  The funds will be distributed back to schools through grant requests to help them retain and expand on their trade programs.  The ultimate goal is to help address the building industry’s labor shortages.

The event will be held on Thursday, June 24th, at Molitor’s Quarry Grill and Bar in Sauk Rapids, MN, from 4-8pm.  The auction of the boards is open to the public.
