9:00 am: Diabetes Prevention Program9:00 am: Diabetes Prevention Program – The Diabetes Prevention Program will help you lose 5% of your body weight, increase physical activity, learn about healthy eating, learn motivation strategies, and learn to manage stress, solve problems, and avoid negative thinking. This evidence-based, lifestyle change program is designed for people with pre-diabetes. The community-centered classes include topics such as eating healthier, reducing stress, and increasing physical activity. This workshop will meet from 9-10 a.m. on Tuesdays beginning April 19th through July 26th.
