Volunteer Lee Meyer will describe Whitney Senior Center's wide offering of Wellness Workshops designed to minimize social isolation and maximize health and wellness. The interactive workshops promote lifestyle change and are delivered by trained, certified coaches. There are no workshop fees and are offered in-person or via Zoom for your convenience.
