Due to a very unfortunate mix-up, a photo published with a Jan. 17 news story about a Sartell woman awaiting sentencing for a charge of wire fraud was NOT a photo of the woman charged with a crime. When made aware of the unfortunate mistake Saturday morning, Newsleader staff deleted that photo from the Newsleader website’s story. However, it was too late to delete that photo from the printed newspapers because they had already gone to press. We apologize to the woman whose photo was published, and we deeply regret the error. The headline of that story is “Sartell woman awaits wire-fraud sentencing.”
