Destiney Parrow, 13, and her brother, Eli Karpinske, 11, work at their homemade stand July 8 on First Avenue NW in St. Joseph. The stand sells everything from muffins to iced-coffee. Destiney would like to donate some of the proceeds to an animal shelter.

Next to the stand is a bowl of water so that canine passers-by can stop for a drink while their human buys a treat.
