Dr. Ragna Godtland of PineCone Vision Center joined the Journal Review Board for the publication Optometry & Visual Performance. OVP is published by The Board of Directors of the Australasian College of Behavioural Optometry, the College of Optometrists in Vision Development and the Optometric Extension Program Foundation.
OVP is an international, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to the functional, developmental, behavioral, vision therapy and rehabilitative vision aspects of optometry. Published bimonthly, OVP aims to increase awareness and availability of information to better serve patients.
As a review board member, Godtland will write and solicit papers as well as review articles submitted for publication.
“This is a wonderful opportunity for both Dr. Godtland and PineCone Vision Center,” Jennifer Novak, practice administrator, said. “We are excited Dr. Godtland is able to share her knowledge of optometry through Optometry & Visual Performance.”
Publication of OVP will begin in 2013. The journal will be available primarily online, but a print version will be available by subscription.
