An ice-cream and food drive-thru business named “Fudgin Delicious” recently opened in Epic Center in Sartell near Walmart.
Fudgin Delicious offers one-third pound burgers, chicken strips, sandwiches, hot dogs and more. The shop’s specialty is a premium brand of ice cream from Madison, Wis. called “Chocolate Shop Premium Ice Cream.” There is always an ice-cream Flavor of the Week. All ice-cream products are served in cups rather than cones.
The owners of the family-owned business are the husband-and-wife team of Eric and Anna Faber. Its first location was in Big Lake, then a branch opened in Rice but closed when the owners decided to open a shop at Crossroads Center, St. Cloud. Another one is expected to open again in Rice, this time in the mini-mall just off of Hwy. 10 and near the main street of the city.
The Fabers had planned to open earlier in Sartell, but complications caused by the pandemic delayed the plans for months.
Fudgin Delicious is open daily from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. There are two drive-up windows at the business, and the Fabers hope to open a place for outdoor dining as the weather warms up.

As the weather warms up, business is brisk at “Fudgin Delicious,” a new fast-food drive-thru in Sartell that specializes in premium ice cream, among other fare, such as burgers, hot dogs and sandwiches. It is located in Epic Center near Walmart.
