A St. Cloud couple lost their Rockville home to a fire May 25. Luckily everyone had time to evacuate.
On May 25, at approximately 4:53 p.m., the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to a house fire at the address of 31014 Goldfinch Lane in the city of Rockville. It was reported the house was completely engulfed in flames but everyone had been evacuated from the home.
Deputies arrived on scene and found the home fully engulfed with flames. The homeowners, Scott Bailey, 50, and Jessica Hill, 48, both of St. Cloud had evacuated the home and declined medical treatment. The Rockville Fire Department along with St. Augusta Fire Department, Cold Spring Fire Department, Waite Park Fire Department and St. Cloud Fire Department responded to extinguish the fire. The house was determined to be a complete loss.
