RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUMMARY PUBLICATION
ORDINANCE 520 – ZONING ORDINANCE
RECITALS:
WHEREAS, on Dec. 5, 2016, the City Council for the City of St. Joseph amended the text to Ordinance 520, entitled “Ordinance 520 – Zoning Ordinance.”
WHEREAS, the City of St. Joseph desires to publish the Ordinance by Summary Publication; and
WHEREAS, the intent of the amendments are to address changes within the zoning ordinance related to rules and definitions and the B-1 Central Business District. The ordinance amendments allow for an owner or non-owner occupied Bed and Breakfast in the B-1 District and adds a Bed and Breakfast as a Conditional Use in the B-1 District.
WHEREAS, the full text of the amended Ordinance is available at the City Offices, 25 College Ave. N. or on the City website, www.cityofstjoseph.com.
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
- The City Council has reviewed the proposed Summary Publication and finds the summary of the Ordinance clearly informs the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance.
- The City of St. Joseph directs the City Administrator to publish the Ordinance by Summary Publication.

TO CREDITORS
It is Ordered and Notice is hereby given that on the 10th day of February, 2017, at 8:45 a.m., a hearing will be held at the above-named Court in St. Cloud, Minn., for the adjudication of intestacy and determination of heirship of the Decedent, and for the appointment of Kathy Kantos, whose address is 13934 Duluth Court, Apple Valley, Minnesota as personal representative of the estate of the above-named decedent in unsupervised administration, and that any objections thereto must be filed with the Court. That, if proper, and no objections are filed, a personal representative will be appointed to administer the estate, to collect all assets, pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, and sell real and personal property, and do all necessary acts for the estate.
Notice is further given that ALL CREDITORS having claims against said estate are required to present the same to said personal representative or to the Court Administrator within four (4) months after the date of this notice or said claims will be barred.
