Not surprisingly considering recent weather, when Public Works Director Terry Thene reported his department’s updates at the Jan. 21 St. Joseph City Council meeting, snow removal was the main topic.
Council Member Bob Loso asked Thene about clearing out snow around fire hydrants.
Thene said the task is “on our radar” to clear them out.
But Thene asked residents to help out by removing snow from around hydrants as well.
