All: Cute kids from Sartell

They were accompanied by their mother, Carmen Honken, to the second annual event during which Rice area businesses gave candy and other treats to children during the afternoon daylight hours. Sponsored by the Rice Area Chamber of Commerce, the second annual “Trick or Treat on Main Street” was a big success, attracting hundreds of children and their parents.
