O'Connell owns The Book End, which rescues books from dumpsters and elsewhere and then recycles them back into the community and the hands of grateful readers. Chase, age 10, is an avid reader. The Greek Mythology enthusiast was scouting the pile for a free book about the Greek Gods and Goddesses.
