Lucy, a pet cockatiel, recently spent a cold and windy night outdoors before being found. Eight-year-old Anna Lahr was upset when her pet bird went missing. Her mother, Teresa Lahr, desperately searched to find her. After many Facebook and email postings, Lucy was located. Pete Jansky, St. Joseph Police Chief, was able to give Lahr the good news that Lucy had been found.
