ORDINANCE NO. 14-03
SUMMARY ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 4 OF THE CITY CODE
Title 4 of the City Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to provide 24 hours from cessation of snowfall to remove snow/ice from public sidewalks and to provide for two refuse/recycling containers per housing unit to be stored outside. Additional containers must be stored inside or screened from view.
The City Council has determined publication of this title and summary ordinance will clearly inform the public of the intention and effect of the ordinance. The Council also directs only the title and this summary be published. A copy of the entire text of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person at the office of the city clerk between the hours of 7 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. any Monday through Friday.
Adopted by the City Council of Sartell on the 12thday of May, 2014.
