CANDIDATE FILING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the first day for filing affidavits of candidacy for the offices of Mayor or Councilmember for the City of Sartell, Minnesota, will be Tuesday, May 22, 2018.
The last day for filing will be Tuesday, June 5, 2018 until 5 p.m. (office hours are extended this day). Those filing will have until 5 p.m. Thursday, June 7 to withdraw their name from consideration.
All required documents are available at Sartell City Hall, 125 Pinecone Road N., Sartell, Minn., 56377 or at the City’s website www.sartellmn.com. A primary election – if necessary – will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 14, 2018. The general election is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2018.
City offices on the ballot are as follows:
MAYOR (1) – four-year term
COUNCILMEMBER (2) – four-year terms
