Downtown St. Joseph will be packed this Sunday with the return of the Millstream Arts Festival, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., featuring fabulous art for sale, festival foods, live music, the Granite City Cloggers, a children’s art area and horse-drawn trolley rides. See www.millstreamartsfestival.org. Admission is free but please bring a donation to the food shelf and drop it off at the information booth.
