NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CONDITIONAL-USE PERMIT
The St. Joseph Planning Commission shall conduct a public hearing at 6 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Monday, Nov. 13, 2017 at the St. Joseph City Hall, 75 Callaway St. E. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a Conditional-Use Permit to allow a non-owner-occupied rental at 1016 13th Ave. NE, St. Joseph, Minnesota and legally described as Lot 7, Block 3, Northland Heights Stearns County, Minnesota as submitted by, Lauren Manelli, owner.
St. Joseph Code of Ordinances 520.34 subd. 3 allows for a Conditional-Use Permit for a non-owner-occupied rental to a family.
