CITY OF ST. JOSEPH
PUBLIC HEARING
ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS
The St. Joseph Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 6 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on Monday, Nov. 14, 2016 in the St. Joseph City Hall, 25 College Ave. N. for the purpose of amending Ordinance 520, Zoning Ordinance, Section 520.04 Rules and Definitions, and Section 520.50 B-1: Central Business District. The purpose of the proposed changes is to review and consider changes to add Bed and Breakfast as a Permitted Use within the B-1 Central Business District and to change the definition of a Bed and Breakfast to be non-owner occupied. A copy of the proposed changes are available for review at City Hall.
All persons wishing to be heard will be heard and oral testimony will be limited to five minutes. Written testimony may be mailed to: City of St. Joseph, P.O. Box 668, St. Joseph, Minn. 56374.
