AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY’S FEE SCHEDULE ORDINANCE
The City Council of the City of Sartell ordains:
Section 1. That the City’s Fee Schedule Ordinance is hereby amended to add the following fee:

Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publication.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the City of Sartell will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Monday, Oct. 26, 2015 at the Sartell City Hall, for the purpose of reviewing Title 10 Chapter 9 and Title 11, Chapter 5, establishing a requirement to have a certificate of survey completed during the building permit process for all new single-family homes. A copy of the proposed changes to the ordinance is available for review at the city clerk’s office.
All interested persons are invited to attend to voice their opinion. Written comments will be accepted until the date of the hearing.
