Jessica Nierenhausen of Schmidt Insurance Agency in Avon, Minn. participated in Grinnell Mutual Reinsurance Co.’s Customer Service Representatives Academy on Oct. 6-7. CSRs learned about Grinnell Mutual products and how to use company systems.
“Attendees had the opportunity to work with Grinnell Mutual personal, farm, commercial underwriting and processing staffs, and sales managers,” said Tressa Lepley, manager of performance improvement. “The purpose of the academy is to help them learn about Grinnell Mutual products and systems, and get to know our people.”
