contributed photo In 1998, Steve Penick (left) and John Decker, both employees of the Stearns History Museum, installed a “Century Farm” plaque at the Lyle Heaton Family Farm in Lynden Township near Clearwater in southeast Stearns County. The farm was honored for being in the same family’s ownership since 1898.
