PUBLIC HEARING
RENTAL DWELLINGS, FEE SCHEDULE AND
KEY BOX INSTALLATION ORDINANCES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the City of Sartell will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on Monday, July 9, 2018, at the Sartell City Hall, for the purpose of updating the City Code of Ordinances regarding repeal of Key Box Installation ordinance; amendment and restatement of the City’s Rental Dwellings Ordinance; and amendment of the City’s Fee Schedule Ordinance. Copies of the proposed ordinances are available for review at the city clerk’s office or on the City website at www.sartellmn.com.
All interested persons are invited to attend to voice their opinion. Written comments will be accepted until the date of the hearing.
